Yes, we deliver goods to all countries of the European Union.

You can pay online when purchasing in the e-shop, by cash on delivery upon receipt of the shipment (card or cash), upon personal pickup (cash only), or by invoice with a due date.

Yes, payment by invoice is possible as a standard for companies, state institutions, or by agreement.

You select this option in the shopping cart when choosing the payment method.

For deliveries outside the CR, we standardly invoice without VAT (only for VAT payers) or in EUR.

You can set the VAT-free invoicing option and currency choice in the shopping cart when ordering.

The right type of tape depends on the surface and conditions of use.

Rubber tape (KP)
Is suitable for standard, less demanding applications, such as gluing price rails, posters, or price tags. It holds well on plastic, cardboard, and laminate. It has high initial tack but is not suitable for higher temperature stress.

Clear acrylic tape (AP, APC)
Is suitable for long-term applications. It is used on glass, glass shelves, racks, wood, laminate, plastics, or plexiglass. It stands out with its clear appearance, UV resistance, and very good temperature resistance. It is not suitable for PE, PP, and other LSE surfaces.

Foam tape (PP, PPZ)
Is ideal for uneven, structured, and porous surfaces. It is also suitable for surfaces with old adhesive residue or in places with temperature fluctuations. Thanks to the foam material, it copies unevenness well.

We will be happy to advise you on choosing the right tape and can also arrange testing for a specific application. We also offer special tapes for difficult-to-bond surfaces such as PE, PP, or PTFE. We will gladly provide more information upon request.

Yes. A matte surface does not reduce the readability of the text; on the contrary, it helps to limit unwanted light reflections. At the same time, it is more practical for everyday use because fingerprints and smudges are less visible on it.

In most cases, the choice of surface is more a matter of taste and personal preference.

The plastic materials we use, designated as PS, HPS, HIPS, PLEXI (acrylic, PMMA), PVC, PET, have a certificate for food contact. We will provide the material certificate upon request.

EX1 is produced by extrusion, its shape and design are determined by the extrusion tool, the surface is medium matte, and options for individual customization are limited. It is a practical choice primarily for warehouse and retail shelving.

OH1 offers greater variability in dimensions and individual customization. It can have a glossy or matte surface and is suitable, for example, for pharmacies, glass shelves, display cases, or cardboard stands. Another advantage is the possibility of producing non-standard dimensions even in smaller quantities.

Yes, some types of profiles can be adjusted afterwards. Flat profiles, such as types EX1 and OH1, can be cut relatively easily with a suitable tool or cutter, for example, lever shears.

For profiled rails, such as OH2, OH3, OH4, or OH6, additional cutting is more difficult. However, we can manufacture these profiles directly in the required lengths.

Yes, returns are possible according to the valid terms and conditions. Specific conditions depend on whether it is a standard product or custom production.
